British Sulphur and FMB have joined forces to collaborate on a new fertilizer conference and exhibition focusing on the Latin American market. The new event will replace British Sulphur's Fertilizer Latin America and FMB's Americas conferences.
Fertilizer Latino Americano will provide the industry with a single, all-encompassing event serving companies and organisations working in the Latin American region.
Connected by direct flights to all the major cities in the Americas, Panama City is ideally placed to host delegates from around the region. We anticipate a large representation from the region's trading partners in the FSU and Middle East.

Many social events will be organised by our local sponsors to facilitate networking in an informal environment.
On Sunday 18 January there will be a Bass Fishing Tournament (Gatun Lake). Buses will depart the Sheraton Panama at 5am sharp and will return at 1pm. Bookings are now closed for this event.
Dress: Fishing attire with hat and sunblock.
Cost: $75.00 per person for registered delegates only – payments to be received in advance.

Cancellations - please note that refunds for the tournament fee will not be made after 15 December.
There will also be a Welcome Cocktail Reception on Sunday 18 January at the Miraflores Lock, Panama Canal sponsored by Fertilizantes Superiores and Fertica from 5-8pm. Buses will depart from the Sheraton Panama at 4.30pm.

Group discounts: Two or more delegates from the same company receive a $100 discount off each delegate fee.
The registration fee includes:

Payment policy
Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof of
payment and discounted fees will only apply when payment is received
within the offer period. If payment is not received before the conference,
delegates will be asked to guarantee payment at registration with a
personal credit card. Late payments made after the conference will be
subject to an additional administration fee of US$165.00.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be received in writing prior to 19 December 2008 to
qualify for a full refund less US$ 165.00 administration fee. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter content, timing and venue. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled or curtailed due to any reasons beyond the control of British Sulphur Events, or it is necessary or advisable to relocate or change the date and/or location of the event, neither British Sulphur Events, nor its employees will be held liable for refunds, damages and/or additional expenses which may be incurred by delegates. We therefore recommend prospective delegates to arrange appropriate insurance cover.
