CESCO – CRU Executive Development Program

The CESCO-CRU Executive Development Program is designed as an ongoing training program that initially will be carried out over two sessions – 7-9 November, 2007 and 7-9 May, 2008.  It is intended to act as a component for the ongoing professional development of senior management in the Latin American mining and metals industries.

During this two-day program every 6 months, participants will have the opportunity to interact with experts who embody a deep understanding of the key areas of impact in the mining and metals business, including market dynamics, performance improvement and management, leadership, social and environmental responsibility, and human capital development. The program will incorporate both academic and practical perspectives and comprise a limited number of senior participants. Furthermore, the program will allow participants to network with other key executives in the Latin American mining and metals industry.

The program is targeted at senior management (directors, CEOs, those reporting to the CEO, and upcoming high-performers) with the combined objectives of helping them stay in contact with the current events and trends in the mining and metals sector on a global basis and of developing key management and leadership skills using topics and case studies relevant to the mining and metals sectors.
