James Birch

James joined CRU in January 2022, working first as an intern for the Multicommodity team before joining the Base Metals Cost Team as a Research Analyst in June 2022. James is responsible for CRU's gold Cost Analysis Tool and the creation of gold cost reports.

James graduated the University of York with a Masters Degree in International Political Economy. He is now based at CRU's London office.
