Yuan Gu

Yuan joined CRU’s Base Metals team as a Research Analyst in January 2022. She contributes to the costings and emissions of base metals with a particular focus on Nickel.

Based in the London office, Yuan holds an MSc in Energy, Trade and Finance from Cass and a BSc in Economics from LSE. These give her a broad understanding of the commodities and primary energy markets. Prior to joining CRU, she worked in an energy tech start-up in China before gaining accounting experience in the UK.
