Zsombor Garzo

Zsombor joined CRU Sustainability in 2021.

Prior to CRU, Zsombor gained experience through his internships in financial services and in renewable energy development from Budapest, Hungary to Tokyo, Japan. He managed financial risk at General Electric and worked on project development of solar and wind farms in Vietnam at Shizen Energy Group. 

Zsombor obtained his M.Sc. in Environmental Economics and Policy from UCL in London and his B.A. in Sustainability and Environmental Management at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. He wrote his theses in solar energy diffusion in South Africa and in corporate sustainability strategies, respectively. Zsombor is based in CRU’s London office.
