Our global Sales team is growing! We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our Sales team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring they receive the highest level of service and value from our products.

 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients across various industries.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling CRU's products and services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Provide clients with insights and analysis to support their business decisions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Domestic and international travel will be required in order to support our global clients.

 

Essential Criteria:

  •  Proven experience in account management, preferably within the B2B or professional services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the metals, mining, or fertilizers industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
