Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll collaborate with the Head of Brand, Head of Campaigns, and Marketing VP to execute impactful social media campaigns, optimise website content, and support marketing automation with Pardot. The role includes managing social media, creating email campaigns, setting up marketing initiatives, generating reports, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery - all with a focus on improving performance.

Key Responsibilities: 

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Manage and execute tasks in Pardot, including email campaigns and Engagement Studio builds, ensuring readiness for approval.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage campaign briefs, schedules, and workload planning.
  • Set up campaigns, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure compliance with company policies (e.g., DPA/GDPR).
  • Implement and monitor email and nurture campaigns, reporting on performance and offering recommendations for optimization.

Social Media:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute a cohesive social media strategy across all marketing priorities.
  • Monitor social media channels for critical issues and provide timely interventions.
  • Deliver monthly social media reports and offer data-driven insights for improvement.

Website/SEO:

  • Support content creation and approval processes within the CMS.
  • Work closely with the Web/SEO Manager and Pardot Specialist to gather website data and enable personalization using tools like Optimizely and Pardot.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar 

Required Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Proficient in email template creation tools (e.g., Stripo) and CMS platforms (e.g., Optimizely) for content management.
  • Strong analytical skills to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (social media, email, web).
  • Knowledge of DPA/GDPR compliance for data protection in marketing activities.
  • Proven ability to manage social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and X, using tools such as Hootsuite.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Results-driven with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
