About the Role:
As a Management Accountant, you will support the finance team in delivering timely and accurate financial information to management. Working closely with the Finance Manager and other departments, you’ll assist with month-end processes, variance analysis, and reporting, ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform month-end duties, including calculating revenue and costs for all business units.
  • Post monthly payroll journals and conduct variance analysis of salary budgets.
  • Assist in preparing the monthly finance board pack, meeting key deadlines.
  • Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including accruals, prepayments, and deferred revenue.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team on monthly variance analysis across all business units.
  • Liaise with events and consulting teams to finalize actual costs against budget on a monthly basis.
  • Handle ad-hoc finance queries from across the business.

Qualifications Required:

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience liaising effectively with non-finance colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
