Bridget has over 30 years’ experience in marketing working across Banking, Government and Charity sectors, in both Business to Consumer and Business to Business, as well as working across a wide range of marketing disciplines including 20 years’ experience working in digital marketing.
After studying History at the University of Liverpool Bridget joined the graduate scheme at Lloyds Bank where she worked as an Assistant Manager and then joined the Marketing team working on the Student Account and then the Personal Banking Service. It was here that Bridget decided to work in marketing, moving to marketing agencies and working on digital campaigns in the early 2000s - where the ability to create compelling campaigns that drive results has always appealed.
The ability to make a difference in a business is important to Bridget, having spent time working at Cancer Research UK, working on campaigns that influenced Government policy as well as corporate and individual fundraising campaigns. Bridget made the move into the Commodities sector in 2012 and has never looked back, firstly moving to support the drive to Sustainability in Commodities at RELX Plc and now at CRU.
Bridget thrives on creating impactful branding that cuts through complex markets, communicating clearly with customers, and helping to shape a sustainable future whilst being part of a successful team.
