With over 10 years’ as an experienced human resources professional, Eleanor has worked across organisations both in the private and charity sectors with a particular focus on business partnering, HR operations, learning & development and employee engagement.
Eleanor joined CRU in 2016 and has worked in multiple operational and business partnering roles in the HR team, more recently becoming Global Head of HR in 2024. Eleanor has led many strategic initiatives across our global teams including learning & development, HR operations, employee health & wellbeing and leadership & management programmes. During her time at CRU, Eleanor has also been actively involved in wider initiatives including CRU acquisitions and the opening of new offices.
