Strengthening Client Relationships and Industry Expertise in Delhi

At CRU, we are dedicated to building meaningful connections and delivering insights that add value to our clients. This commitment was evident during a recent team visit to Delhi in November, led by our Sales Director for South Asia, Damodharan Navaneethakrishnan, and supported by Banmeet Khurmi, Lalit Ladkat, and Puneet Paliwal from the analysis team based in Sydney and Mumbai respectively. The team collaborated to strengthen relationships across the steel and renewable energy sectors.

The tour included attendance at the Indian Steel Association's (ISA) Coal Conference, where the team explored key trends and challenges in the coal industry, reinforcing CRU’s partnership with ISA.

Two impactful workshops followed:

  • Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL): Discussion on steel and raw materials to provide insights into recent market developments and projections.
  • ReNew Power: Discussions focused on the sourcing challenges of steel and raw materials, empowering decision-making in the renewable energy sector.

The team also held meetings with leading organisations such as the Mahalakshmi Group, Hero Future Energies, Havells, EDF, and Blupine, exploring customised solutions to address their unique needs.

The week concluded at the Elekore Coal Conference, which offered a platform for networking and knowledge-sharing, further emphasising CRU’s commitment to collaboration.

This tour underscored CRU's unwavering commitment to partnering with industry leaders, anticipating market needs, and delivering solutions that matter. As we deepen our engagements across sectors, our focus remains steadfast: empowering clients with insights and strategies that enable them to thrive in an ever-changing landscape.
